Why seek help?

Living in today’s world can be very challenging.

It is changing quickly with advances in technology, threats to our sense of safety, and the uncertainty of our economy.

–Please contact me for my current rates.   I am a contracted provider with some insurance companies.  If I am not a contracted provider with your insurance company, you may also want to see if you have “out of network” coverage.
